First responders face the most stressful situations imaginable. This can lead to persistent mental health issues, including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Currently, there are limited treatment solutions available for police officers suffering PTSD. However, a growing body of research suggests that psilocybin, the hallucinogenic element in
